Stress Is Not The Problem. How You Handle It Is.

Stress is a part of everyday life and not all stress is bad.

Ultimately, we need to know how to handle the stress in our lives in order to function as we should.

There are various forms of stress: physical, emotional, and chemical stress.

In our modern world emotional stress is so prevalent it is becoming an ever increasing drain on our health system.

While it may not be possible to avoid all emotional stress it is possible to manage it, with chiropractic being one of the more natural and less expensive ways to do that. Everyone reacts to life’s stressors differently and that is just part of our makeup.

Fear, grief, anger, and other emotions impact our entire body.

Physical symptoms of stress such as back pain, muscle tightness, tension headaches, fatigue, and neck pain can be debilitating.

Much of the above is due to the change in our posture when we are under stress. The resultant subluxations or spinal misalignments further exacerbate our physical downfall.

When our spine is out of alignment the central nervous system is unable to function effectively. This basically means that the communication channels to all organs in the body is disrupted.

Chiropractic adjustment realigns the spine allowing the central nervous system to communicate effectively throughout your body.

Stress causes subluxations or spinal misalignment which in turn means our body is unable to operate at its’ optimum efficiency.

And so, begins the catch 22.

If left untreated stress lowers the immune system, making the body more susceptible to disease.

Chronic stress can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, insomnia, obesity and diabetes.

Apart from affecting your quality of life it will certainly shorten your life.

Chiropractic does not cure stress; however spinal realignment allows your body to heal itself as it was intended to.

There’s nothing more natural than that, is there?
